At GAMEDAY, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below for details:
Returns and Exchanges Terms and Eligibility:
● Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
● 100% Refund will be issued except for the COD orders
● For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.
● For orders placed in sales or any time-bound offers only exchange is allowed in alternate color or size and Returns will be processed. Refunds can be processed only via store credit (Bank transfer or payment gateway refunds are not available for items bought in these sale periods).
● Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
● Items marked as final/clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process:
Initiate a return on our website on this page: [Link to the return page] OR
Email [Company email, or a special email for returns] quoting your order number within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, and we will initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same.
● The reverse pick up is done within [X] days of the Return Request
● The exchange is processed within 2 - 4 days of the pick up
● Refunds are processed once the article is received at our fulfillment center
● Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days
